Years ago I had tried the lemonade diet, which I absolutely hated. I felt so drained and angry, so I was skeptical about a juice cleanse, especially because I am a full time physician and mom of 3 now. The first day was the hardest, once night time came, and I was cooking dinner, I had to fight off the cravings. But, unlike the lemonade diet, the fresh fruits and vegetables in these drinks kept me going! I loved the pineapple turmeric, and the cashew and vanilla combinations. By the end of the 3 days I had more energy, and I had lost 6lbs!!! Would definitely do it again.
